Some improvements, such as insulating your sidewalls or attic, for example; will continue to provide savings for the lifetime of the home. |

Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. Weatherization Program uses contractors to install the materials. Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. Weatherization Program will weatherize approximately 100 homes during the year. |

List of Locations: The program serves a fourteen county area so there may be a wait for the weatherization work to be completed. Counties served are: Antelope, Burt, Cedar, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, Thurston, Washington and Wayne. |

Eligibility & Application: Whether you own or rent, live in a single-family, multi-family, or a mobile home you can apply for assistance. The Weatherization Program is an income based program. Households with incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible. |
