Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership is
now serving both VFC and Privately Insured clients. To qualify for
the VFC (vaccines for children) program a child must be at least 18
years of age or younger and meet one of the following: enrolled in
Medicaid or Kids Connection, be uninsured or have no health
coverage, is American Indian or Alaskan Native, or be under-insured
(has health insurance that does not cover the cost of vaccines).
If your child is has Private insurance but you do not see your insurance company listed, please contact us at 402-385-6300 to discuss receiving immunizations at our clinics.

Immunizations are available by appointment only in Norfolk two days per month. The office is located on 1405 Riverside Blvd. in Norfolk, NE. You can make appointments by calling 402-379-1380. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED for those with private insurance.
The Immunization Program conducts Immunization clinics each month in 12 of our 14 counties in the service area. The clinics are open to the public and there are no income guidelines. A Licensed Nurse administers the vaccinations and a Physician is on-call during clinic hours. Appointment and donation information can be obtained by calling the central office (402) 385-6300. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED for those with private insurance.
